Michigan Corps, in partnership the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), numerous business and philanthropic sponsors, hosted the state's first Social Entrepreneurship Showcase today to conclude the 2014 Michigan Social Entrepreneurship Challenge.

The Michigan Social Entrepreneurship Challenge gives entrepreneurs in the state an opportunity to make a difference.
  


Michigan Corps, in partnership with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, City of Flint, local business and philanthropic partners, today announced The Drive Flint Prize to support entrepreneurs contributing to Flint’s revitalization. The prize is being offered through the Michigan Social Entrepreneurship Challenge - the nation’s first statewide competition in social entrepreneurship.    


Today, Michigan Corps announces the launch of our 2014 Social Entrepreneurship Challenge. This program supports entrepreneurs solving critical social challenges across our state. Participants will benefit from cash prizes, networking, in-kind resources and a chance to compete for a spot in Michigan Corps' Impact Investment Fellowship.
